Necchi had an attachment for their early machines to make decorative patterns, called a "Wonder Wheel." It is a common attachment on the Mira models, but is also found occasionally on the earlier Novas. It came in green and black, for the Mira and Nova, respectively. It was kind of the equivalent of the Pfaff 130 "coffee grinder" attachment, i.e., early (1950s) attempts to add decorative-stitch capabilities to zigzag machines.

There were four cams that came with the machine, numbered on both sides 1 through 8. Apparently there were also some extras; I've seen a #11-12, so presumably there was a 9-10 as well.
The complete WW package includes two rods that are often missing today.
